 The unit 
			occasionally flushes when none is present. What can I do?
 The sensor range is adjusted too far out and it is sensing a 
			reflection from the stall door or the wall across from the toilet. 
			The sensor needs to be adjusted to a shorter distance. Please refer 
			to the Installation Instructions.
 
 The unit does not sense 
			when the toilet is used as a urinal. What can I do?
 The sensor range needs to be adjusted to a longer distance. Please 
			refer to the 
			Installation Instructions.
 Green 
			LED (light) flashes 3 times when there are no users present. What 
			can I do?There is an object the Sensor is detecting or the sensor range is 
			set too far out, registering the opposite wall. Remove item in front 
			of the sensor or readjust sensor activation distance. See the 
			Installation Instructions. for more details on this process.
 Yellow 
			LED (light) flashes, what should I do?Batteries are weak and need replacing. Replace batteries. Use 
			alkaline batteries only.
 Sensor 
			is working but flush module does not actuate.1. Check batteries in battery pack.
 Replace batteries.
 2.) Flush 
			module unit is not working. Check to see if red indicator on the 
			battery box (near connector) stays on. Under normal conditions, the 
			Red indicator should flash 4 times when the motor unit receives a 
			signal. 3.) Sensor is 
			not actuating the motor unitCall technical support at 1-800-533-3460.
 Why is 
			there standing water inside the china tank?FLUSHMATE® units can emit a few drops of water 
			inside the tank during the flushing cycle. This water collects on 
			the bottom of the china until the water level reaches the height of 
			the built-in drain. Normal level of water is about 1-inch.
 How do 
			I know when the cartridge wears out?When the flush appears to be weaker or sluggish, the 
			cartridge may 
			need to be replaced. A simple test is outlined in the 
			
			Flushmate owner's manual 
			included with every FLUSHMATE® unit. If you're in
