in the industry. If you require warranty service, here’s what you
need to do:

Contact
the dealer or contractor who sold and/or installed the product.
They should be able to resolve most problems you may have. |

If
a dealer or contractor cannot resolve the problem, they will contact
you or supply you with the name of the local KOHLER Distributor
and the KOHLER TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (internal Kohler Co. support
personnel). |

If
you are unable to obtain warranty service through your local Kohler
distributor, you may write us directly at Kohler Co., Attn: Customer
Service Department, 444 Highland Drive, Kohler, WI 53044 USA,
or call 1-800-4-KOHLER from within the USA. |

To
assist us in addressing your warranty concern, please provide
all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a
complete description of the product, model numbers, colors,
finishes, and proof of date of purchase or installation (such
as a photocopy of the invoice or billing). Also include a description
of the specific problem and the name(s) of the contractor or
distributor involved.
