- Effectively articulate information on pricing, customer service, purchasing, quotes, and shipping.
- Use your consultative sales skills to determine your clients needs and foster relationships.

- Arrange product demonstrations, introduce new products to the marketplace or customer and attend relevant trade events.

Outside Sales

Counter Sales
- Greet all customers and see they are promptly and properly taken care of.
- Answer counter and telephone inquiries for product information, pricing and delivery.
- Receive and process customer orders, recommend substitutions, prepare and input sales data.
- Keep up to date and support new products and promotions.
- Participate in all promotiional activities and works with suppliers on counter days.
- Some warehouse duties and assistance in other areas as required.

Clerical
- Operate basic office equipment.
- General filing.
- Maintain and increase personal knowledge through internal teams, sales meetings, and industrial publications.
- Ability to communicate effecively with members of all departments.
- Provide assistance to Accounts Payable and Receivable offices.

Delivery Driver
- The main job duties are to deliver product to customer locations, unload product,
provide customer service and sometimes pick up payments.
- Valid New Jersey drivers license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and delivery sites.

Warehouse
- Shipping and receiving tasks will include picking orders, tagging, loading, and offloading trucks, and putting material away.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members of sales departments.
- Requires pulling orders, doing counts, and organizing material for incoming shipments.
