Magic Touch Conversion/Repair Kit Assemblies

Air Switch Conversion Kit replaces the original Electronic Magic Touch system with a tested air switch conversion kit. It also eliminates the low water pump protection although all current pumps no longer requires this feature.
                            Installation Instructions

Turn the main electric power to the whirlpool off!
  1- Remove the Electronic box cover, existing inner brown box and low voltage wires from electronic box.
  2- Bring the motor live wire to the air switch peg and back to the pump. This will act as an on-off. and install the new electric box cover with the air switch on it.
  3- Remove the electronic on-off button and drill a larger hole in the tub shell and install the air actuator or simply drill a new hole leaving the existing as a decorative.
  4- Connect the air tube between the air actuator and air switch using the tee bleeder in between.
  5- Fill the tub with water, turn the electricity back on and test the system.
