  • Before you start, know your toilet Brand Name, Toilet Style such as a 1 piece toilet or 2 piece toilet, Flushmate PA Tank Model and Serial Number. (See Definitions below for better understanding of technical words)

  • In the "Find in Page" field, type your Serial Number Suffix (see suffix sample below)
  • On Serial Number matching suffix link, verify and match your toilet "Style" and Brand Name and Click in the matching link suffix.

  • Your current Flushmate replacement Pressure Assist tank will appear.
  • If more than one option appears in your selection, select the one that matches your toilet information.

     In the Main Flushmate Page you will find several ways to reach a page containing all the Flushmate Parts needed to repair or replace your Flushmate Model.
     a. Click on the Toilet Style and then in the Brand Name of your toilet or
     b. Click on Model Number and Serial Number Suffix to match yours or
     c. Click on the Model Number I.D. Plate to see same as above with pictures

Toilet Style  
    2 Piece Toilet Tank can be removed from the Bowl
    1 Piece Toilet Tank and Bowl are fused together
       
Toilet Brand      
     Manufacturer of the Tank & Bowl combination. Each Brand Manufacturer supply the trip lever, Gasket, some of the wiring hardware, tank lid, seat and gaskets. Find these in other section of our site. Click  Logo at top = Home or at Brands in top bar.
      a. Brand Name can be found at the Bowl, behind the toilet seat
      b. Model Number can be found engraved on the interior rear wall of the china tank
          Also the numbers engraved under the tank lid
       
Sloan Flushmate System    
     Uses a pressurized tank to assist flushing the waste water and refilling the bowl
     This site contains the parts available to repair or replace the pressure assist system by Flushmate
      a. Model Number can be found in the I.D Plate attached to the inner black tank
          1. M-101 = A Flushmate tank for a 2 Piece Toilet
          2. M-102 = A Flushmate tank for a 1 Piece Toilet
          3- M-101526-F03 =  Complete Ordering Number for a specific Brand Model
 
      b. Serial Number    MMDDYY-F0A-XXXX
          1. MMDDYY = Date built
          2.Suffix = -F0A- Defines the Brand Manufacturer, for more details
          3. XXXX = Sequence number built each day
 
       c. Series defines the shape and production models
          1. 200 = Plastic tank enclosure with push button attached to cartridge
          2. 500 = Two Hose Upper Supply and push button attached to tank cover lid
          3. 501 = Stainless Steel endbells with One Hose Upper Supply
          4. 501-A = Same as above as one piece design tank and black Upper Supply
          5. 501-B = Tank is all black plastic with black Upper Supply. 501-B Series replaces all previous Series, except 200 when Brand Outer Tank is made of plastic.
          6. 503 = Rectangular shape Tank with right angle Upper Supply
          7. 504 = Rectangular shape Tank with straight or right angle Upper Supply
 
          d. Type
              1. FM, FM I, FM II , FM III or FM IV = Another name for Series
 
What we learn from above:  
           a. A Flushmate Tank # M-101526-F S/N 071105-F01-1001 was built for a 2 piece toilet as a FM II Type, 501-B Series. The first one built of the day July 11, 2005 to replace any of the previous Series for several Manufacturer Brands of toilet.
           b. A Flushmate Tank # M-101526-FA S/N 070105-F0A-1003 was built for a 2 piece toilet as a FM II Type, 501-B Series. The third one built of the day July 01, 2005 to replace any of the previous Series for an American Standard Brand toilet.
